The Annual Midwest Yoga Conference, organized by Jonny Kest, took place at the Hilton Indian Lakes Resort & Spa in Bloomingdale, IL. Twenty-six highly accomplished yogis and yoginis shared their knowledge with seekers and aspiring yoga teachers. Dr. Indu Arora, Seane Corn, Mark Whitwell, Shakta Kaur Khalsa, Toni Bergins, Lilias Folan and Jonny Kest, among many others, shared the ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation. Dr. Arora presented a full day teacher training workshop on “The Study of 108 Marma Points” and other workshops on Meditation, Mudras, Shavasana and Yogic Beauty.
